Eric Maraval is a distinguished global business leader with 36 years of multi-cultural experience across Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise spans field sales and marketing, supply chain and procurement, digital technologies, and operational excellence.
In his most recent role, Eric served as Vice President and Supply Chain Director of Nestlé Middle East and North Africa for 11 years. His strategic acumen and hands-on leadership were instrumental in managing complex end-to-end supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, risk and crisis management, business development, continuous improvement, and transformation projects. These projects encompassed demand and supply planning, physical logistics and materials management, customer engagement, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Rashed Alhebsi has over 30 years of extensive international experience, having worked on diverse projects both within and outside the UAE. His expertise spans Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, complex project management, corporate governance, development of regulations and policies, and business optimization and sustainability. Rashed has successfully led numerous complex projects in the UAE and Europe.
Rashed has held several prominent positions, including Senior Advisor for Special Projects at Corpologia Consulting, Chairman of the Board at TASNEEF Business Assurance, and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board at Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF).
